Yes you will most likely need them and yes there is self installing version
up there as well as a standard offering.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Updating my Spybot search and destroy program
Hello everyone,
I'm now using spybot version 1.3, and I'm going to update it to 1.5. I
noticed on the jaws-users web site that there are scripts for this program.
Do I need the scripts if I'm using jaws 8? Also, are the scripts self
installing? When I install the newer version of Spybot will it over ride my
old version? Sorry for all of the questions, but I want to make sure I get
this program installed correctly. Any help with this is very much
appreciated!
