[JAWS-Users] Windows mail and sorting of incoming emails

2013-01-28 Thread Jerry Martin
To All Listers:

Good morning. I have a question with Windows Mail and organizing the list of
incoming messages. What would I click or select to organize the messages in my
inbox to show the most recent ones first?

Thanks.
Jerry

Hi Jerry,

Try the following:
1. While in your In-box press Alt + V, for the view menu.
2. Arrow down to, Sort By, press enter to open.
3. You want to have 2 things checked in here, Received Descending. Arrow
down to, Received, press enter to check it if it's unchecked. When you
press enter on any option in here it will take you out of the sub-menu so,
go back into the Sort By submenu press enter on, Descending. With these 2
items checked you should have your email sorted the way you want them.

Hope this helped.
Take care.
Mike
