I don't think you really need to do anything to the basic setup to make it accessible. It's not as finicky as the older systems were like Xp. There are things you can do for convenience, such as how you want folders to open, what you want on your desktop, etc. But, that's all personal choice. - Original Message - From: Mike B. Hi Steve, Yes, these are basics that this person is wanting to change along with things like turning off the preview pane. I've made so many changes on our personal computers that my head just starts swimming trying to remember all the little tweaks.
