You can also go to insert on the ribbon and insert a bookmark where the rows and columns meet. Type the word Title when you add a bookmark and it will then read the titles for rows and columns when you maneuver around. This should also work when you share the file. Thank you. Is this a JAWS setting all must make to read the table column titles in the file? I might think so with the insert v command. If it is a JAWS option, is there a way to set it in the Word file so the file can be passed around to other JAWS users and have the column titles set in the table?
