Re: [JAWS-Users] access to iPhone (UNCLASSIFIED)
I found the problem and can not find a fix.Something is wrong with the driver for my win 7 machine. I tried to update and it failed. I then removed it and tried to reinstall. This point the install fails with an error code 37. I check as the Apple web site suggested to update itunes and that is the newest. -Original Message- From: tim Sent: Friday, April 26, 2013 8:15 PM To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] access to iPhone (UNCLASSIFIED) Both iPhone and iPod show up on the list of drives on my box. If you connect your iPhone with your pc through the usb cable, than you have access to the pictures area by Windows Explorer. Open the folder, where your pictures are stored on your iPhone, and highlight the pictures you want to copy, and copy them to the clipboard. Open than the the folder Pictures, and e.g. a subfolder, and paste the pictures there. Now you can send the photo's that you want by e-mail.
