Hi, well the trouble I was having is only at home, but at work I can use that computer and this grocery delivery service. The difference, I realized is, that at work when I press jaws key and Z twice it will turn off the application mode, but the pc cursor is still turned on. If I press it again it turns back on the application mode. This doesn't work on my home computer. When I press jaws and Z it toggles the application mode on and off, but when it's on it really doesn't work very well and I have that annoying "application control" statement. Is this a matter of settings, or do you think it's because my home computer is too old. Thanks in advance. Judy & Libby
