box where I need to arrow to what I want, it doesn't work. I open the combo

I have found similar issues with some but not all combo boxes.  One solution I 
found is to use JawsKey+F5  to locate the combo box and hit ok.  This seems to 
allow you to activate the box.  I am not sure why this works, some suggest that 
it brings the underlying list into focus.
