Date for MS 2010
1, press ctrl+1
2, tab once
3, arrow down to date
4, tab
5, arrow through the choices
6, tab to ok

If I write the date 11/15/2015 in excel or word 2013  how do I get jaws to
say November 15 2015.

Hi Leonard,

Try the following:
If you only want the date spoken this way in Excel, while in Excel open the 
Settings Center with the, Insert / Jaws key + 6, on the number row above the 
main keyboard.  If you want it spoken like this in all applications, after 
opening the Setting Center press, Control, Shift, + D, to open the Settings 
Center default all applications.
2. Down arrow to, Text Processing, & right arrow to open.
3. Arrow down to, Number & Date Processing, & right arrow to open.
4. Arrow down to Numeric Date Processing, & press the spacebar until you 
hear Jaws report, some translation, tab to the Okay button, press enter to 
save your change & close the Settings Center.
