[JAWS-Users] friend trying to get out of a lower ribbon menu

I don't know the answer to this, because I use programs that don't use 
ribbons and really don't understand the concept.  But a friend was in a 
program--I'm assuming maybe an email program--and she did something and all 
Jaws says is lower ribbon.  How can she get out of that menu and get Jaws to 
read correctly again without being stuck in this lower ribbon thing?
