I haven't loaded Jaws 12 yet, but the volume command still worked in Jaws 11. That's correct: The space bar will pause the file only if the player is in My library view, or in theatre presentation view. The new real player doesn't pause with space bar in normal view. Hi Ming, I'm not sure why it's not letting you pause with control+p, but the back and fast forward commands for the latest RealPlayer is alt+shift+left or right arrows.
