This happens to me all the time in Outlook 2016, very irritating, Jaws will start to read the message, then announce the number of links in the middle of the message, and either continue reading or start from the beginning. This has to be the most annoying, irritating disruptive behavior I have ever experienced with Jaws and email. Let the clubs from field address almost speak out, press up arrow and then down arrow and read it line by line, Sometimes, I have to press control home and use the read all commands, that's my work around. Try alt F, then T, it will open on general, you can tab through the menu and press OK, if any changes were made. Press the command again, but this time arrow down to mail and tab through, if you make any changes, press the OK button. I will look at this again.
