[JAWS-Users] regarding outlook and jaws 12
Hi there at jaws help, I have had disability help desk at Microsoft to come in to my computer to rectify outlook as their was issues with it. They have fixed most of the problems, but, one problem still remains this they think is a jaws issue. When I go onto the message body for typing in, I have to turn off jaws and type without sound, on outlook. They think I might have to turnoff the virtual cursor and do it from there. [JAWS-Users] Regarding outlook 2010 and links
Recently, I have had an issue with after opening emails and wanting to enter onto a link, when entering onto the link, it says okay and I have to tab to where it says how do you want to open this, internet explorer one of one, then tab to where it says check box not checked and I check it and then go to okay and hit space bar and the link will open. Each and every time, no matter if the box gets checked, it does not stay checked and this issue just keeps happening. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. Hi at the jaws members list, Having trouble with the in box and other folders. emails seem to be going into the wrong boxes instead of the in box. Is it better to delete the account and start again to see if this can rectify the error. Hi there need some advice about Microsoft outlook. When I delete item's from the Inbox, and go to delete them on the delete file, they have already been deleted. Hello Mick, Try this when you have outlook open: 1. open your tools menu and down arrow to options and press enter. 2.press control tab until you hear other 3. tab until you hear a check box labeled empty deleted folder upon exiting and make sure it is unchecked. 4. tab to the ok button and press enter. This should take care of your problem. I hope this helps!
