Hi Hareth and Mike, Thanks for your responses to my dilemma. Hareth, I experimented with both of your suggestions, but had no luck with either one. Since I still have more than 20 days before my trial expires, I'm going to do some more experimenting in the hope that I'll somehow get the knack of it. Just a question, when I click on the program to view, list doesn't appear. Why is that? If I can't get it within a few more weeks, guess I'll have to join you, Mike and just forget about it. Hi Joe, I purchased Revo Pro about 6 months ago, thinking that since the free version worked so well that the Pro version would be really good! Man, was I wrong! Hi Hareth, You I had 2 totally different experiences with Revo Uninstaller Pro. I couldn't get it to work no matter what cursor or keystrokes I used!
