It was working perfectly for me till the last JFW16 update; and now does not
work in 17 either. I just get 'close escape to exit'.

Holger,

This is not new. Research it for Amazon is a hit & miss thing almost by the
day. I have stopped even using it and just go to their main site to search.

Shane and list, like Shane the research it function for
amazon works on my Sony windows vista 32 bit laptop using
Jaws V16.04350 but as I noted on my original post, on my
newer windows 7 Toshiba 64 bit laptop also running the Jaws
V16.4350 the research it function for amazon does not work.
I know most of you do not have this problem from the posts
on the subject but I will advise Jaws support that two of us
are having the same issue after upgrading to the latest jaws
version.

I'm having the same problem, one day it was working, next
day it completely quit. All other research-it functions seem
to be working.
Might want to send an email to
supp...@freedomscientific.com. I'm currently talking to them
and hopefully will get this fixed. Funny thing is on my
desktop which is running 32 bit windows 7 pro with Jaws
16.0.4350 it works just fine. Laptop running 64 bit Windows
7 home premium is having the problem.

List, about a week ago, using research it on a windows 7

Amazon. It may
have been right after I downloaded the latest Jaws build,
but I am not

all the other research it functions seem to still be
working.

will appreciate any thoughts, observations or help.

me too, was just looking at some mobil phone cases on amazon.
I wonder if she is tapping on the link that states, graphic?
There seems to be lot of those, but right under is a regular link.
Also, there were several buttons for this page I was viewing, Jaws read each
one of those to me and I did nothing but go to the site, this is not the
accessible site, and I am using J/15, OS/7, IE/10
