Re: [JAWS-Users] Outlook E-mail Attachment Problem: Additional Detail
I haven't had that particular problem. However, I have had a string of issues with Outlook 2016 as part of Office 365, Windows 7 and first Jaws 18 and then Jaws 2018. Outlook crashes on a regular basis or Jaws does, particularly in html messages. I just feel like the combination of programs is unstable and using it is very frustrating. Sorry for the additional post. I thought I should add that I'm using Jaws 2018 with Windows 7 here. Again, the issue is with Outlook 2016 in Office 365. Thanks, Adrian. Will definitely give this a try. It's good that there are so many different ways to accomplish the same task. Interestingly, I tried the process again late last night, and was successful, only to have it not work when I tried it for a third time. Can you review for me your method for adding attachments, and I'll give it a try.
