Hi, I don't know what version of Windows that you are using. I use Windows 8. The JAWS cursor works differently in Windows 8 because of some of the behind the scenes accessibility stuff that I don't understand and, in my experience, it doesn't work as well. Sense I have switched to Windows 8, I have found that I get blank blank blank very often when using the JAWS cursor. Hi, The solution is the new feature touch cursor . You can switch to the touch cursor by pressing inset plus shift plus ;. There is no correct screen resolution for jfw. Resolution depends on your device. I'd suggest contacting tech support, what you are experiencing may well be normal with windows 8, or something may not be installed correctly.
