Thank you but I have already corrected this problem.
It was the default value attributes,I have modifed topic_time,post_username default 
value in nukes database.

ok so you are saying me that it works in the background but not with the interface.

so your scenario is :

you create a post
the post is inserted in the database
then nukes redirects you to the post which does not exist

is that correct ?
