I have forwarded this stacktrace to Greg (Jetty author), Jetty problems
are probably best cross-posted to the Jetty user list

Thanks for your comments,

Please specify what you mean by 'does not also show [Auto deploy] Binding
like TOMCAT'...

jboss_jetty should deploy webapps in just the same way jboss_tomcat does,
via the J2EE deployer, whether the deployment is 'auto' or via the JMX
interface.

If this is not the case, or there is some sort of other missing
functionality, please let me know ASAP, otherwise I won't know to put it in
!

Looks like something I should investigate.

Could you give me a little bit more about these
features. What are they ? Where can I find them
documented ? etc..

I will see if we can get them put in ASAP if they are
not there already.

Hi Micheal,

The problem I have is that JETTY does not to support resource-ref,
env-entry, and ejb-ref.
Jetty does not also show [Auto deploy] Binding like TOMCAT is that
correct?

What problems have you encountered with JBoss-Jetty Lac?

Micheal

PS It would be great if you could post some notes on your work with
JBoss-Tomcat and JBoss-Jetty to the group. Every contribution helps to

[JBoss-user] CAN IT BE DONE? deploy for all ORION,JBOSS-TOMCAT-JETTY

2001-03-26 Thread Lac Sanh La

We are trying to deploy our applications on different servers ORION,
JBOSS-TOMCAT-JETTY. We have successfully deployed on ORION and
JBOSS-TOMCAT. Is there anyone who has successfully deployed J2EE
application on both TOMCAT and JETTY? Is there any differences between
TOMCAT and JETTY ?
