Thanks for the heads up, Oleg. I’ve updated the plugin Wiki, and spread the
word.

Below are excerpts of SPI treasurer reports. It looks to me like we're not
depending on having the donations from the Patron program come in regularly.
Note that we are also affiliated with FFIS in Germany, but AFAICT they have no
public reports. It's probably not nearly that much, I assume low 4 digits.

I asked rtyler whether he could tell me the reason for the very high expenses
last year (first item below), and he mentioned that major project expenses are
GitHub, certificates, some stickers, and…:

Prevent plugin from update version

Hi all, I made a commit

a while ago to the WhiteSource plugin
, and I'd like it NOT to
update the plugin version on Jenkins.
Is there any way of doing that? or the only way is to commit again and
create a newer version?

Thanks in advance.

Re: [RFF] SonarQube Scanner for Jenkins 2.6

Hi Julien,

this feature is nice but it has been easily possible to achieve the same
with https://github.com/SonarQubeCommunity/sonar-build-breaker (or
https://github.com/AmadeusITGroup/sonar-stash that we use ATM).

A lot more important would be the long-standing
issue https://jira.sonarsource.com/browse/SONAR-6763 - any news when
quality gates on incremental (or if not incremental, at least on
"non-server-side-saving") sonar runs will be possible?

Best Regards
Georg

Right, CloudBees applies for trademark usage for their products:
https://jenkins.io/project/governance/#trademark

I don't think this applies to Jenkins plugins (I think the difference is that
plugin names are not typically trademarks), not sure.

The reason we strip leading "Jenkins" from plugin names in the Jenkins plugin
manager is that it's redundant: Users are looking at a list of _plugins_ for
_Jenkins_, and many of them are called "Jenkins Whatever Plugin". Two thirds of
that should be obvious.
