Meeting time has been adjusted to start at 6:00 PM Berlin time.  I should
have switched from UTC time for that meeting long ago, since we need the
meeting time to adjust to the transitions between winter time and summer
time in Germany.

A quick follow-up to the election: All roles have a nominee, and the nominee 
would serve in their nominated position.
All positions have a single nominee only, and therefore there's no need for a 
vote because the nominees are uncontested.
