Hi,

@Li-Wen, I just made you a committer and the JIRA component lead of that
plugin. You'll have to accept the invitation to get permissions granted.

Please start "small". Do preferably only small changes at first.
Ideally, keep filing PR instead of committing directly to the commit and
ping Bap. And proceed after a few hours/days if no answer.

Over time, you'll naturally and progressively choose the way you want to
work on that plugin.

actually already been made by different persons, but not Bap. And the last
commit from Bap is 3 years old.

So, even if in general we like to wait ~2 weeks, I guess we can shorten the
cycle here:
I'll leave until say wednesday for Bap to answer here if he wants to get
back to it, and make you maintainer if not.

Btw, @Bap, if you can confirm or not that in general you're not gonna be
able to work on the Jenkins project those days, just tell us. No problem.
That'll help mark your plugins as to-be-adopted. And if you can be back in
the future, you'll still have access anyway.

I recently created a PR for Publish Over FTP Plugin:

However after several days passed, I did not get any feedback.

I've sent mails to Bap, the maintainer listed on plugin's wiki page, and 
Ulli, the one did the last commit and release.
