Re: textbox in jellyscript

2016-03-19 Thread Irfan Sayed
Thanks. can you please suggest any Jenkins plugin which already uses
javascript instead of jelly. ?
I just want to see how they have leveraged javascript so that i can get
some understanding about javascript usage and that would be easy to move
forward

Simply use keyboard to edit input. :) Or you should write your own js
program. Jelly doesn't provide such ability at this moment.

Re: textbox in jellyscript

2016-03-16 Thread Irfan Sayed
I am sorry but i think my question is not correctly addressed OR may be i
am not understanding your reply.
Actually, I am developing one custom plugin in Jenkins. as a part of the
plugin, in the job configuration, i need to show the textbox whose contents
will be filled up due to some x operation (for example , the contents of
array i need to show ) . further, i should be able to change the order of
contents of that array as per need.

please let me know if this makes sense to be done in jelly OR something
else i have to llok.

Regards

Use an operating system that's not terrible and you have text drag & drop
provided by the system ;-)

(Seriously, does Windows not support this?)

So you mean, jelly script does not provide this feature OR java-script has
easy way to achieve this requirement ?

textbox in jellyscript

2016-03-14 Thread Irfan Sayed
Hello All,

is there any way in jelly script to have a textbox and contents of the same
can drag and drop as per need.
for example, the list of IP addresses are there in text box and user should
be able to drag and drop the IP addresses as per need. user should be able
to change the order of IP addresses listed in the textbox.

if we can not achieve this in jelly, what all other options we have ?
please suggest

Regards,
