Upgrade p4java to 2014.1

Hey Paul, we are still getting the same error even with the new p4 plugin installed.

Are you the correct person to contact if I'm having issues with this plugin? I work for Disney and I know that we have a support contract with perforce. If I need to point these issues elsewhere I would very much so appreciate some direction. Thanks for the help Paul.

Upgrade p4java to 2014.1

Hey Paul, any further word on the 1.2.0 release? Is there a pre-release server where I could download snapshot builds or something like that?

Upgrade p4java to 2014.1

Issue Type:

Improvement

Assignee:

Unassigned

Components:

p4-plugin

Created:

04/Feb/15 9:01 PM

Description:

The current p4-jenkins plugin depends on the 2013.2 library. I've already successfully built the plugin using 2014.1, it just isn't in maven yet.

My colleague contacted perforce directly about this and already has a stacktrace indicating issues with the older software library version: http://forums.perforce.com/index.php?/topic/3723-p4java-client-too-old-error-groovy

The main issue is that without the newer version we cannot connect to newer perforce servers which is a pretty big blocker for us right now.
