Inject parameters on manual build trigger

Issue Type:

Bug

Assignee:

Unassigned

Components:

build-pipeline-plugin

Created:

04/Mar/15 2:13 PM

Description:

In our setup we have a few stages divided by manual triggers. Now, we'd like to use these triggers to insert new parameters at the beginning of each stage, keeping others intact.
Unfortunately it is impossible for us to know the values of these parameters at the beginning of the whole pipeline.

Jenkins

Overriding parameters passed from upstream

Issue Type:

Bug

Created:

Description:

It seems that when you define a parameter in a job, its default value will override the value passed from upstream even when it is empty.
This behavior only appears when using manual build triggers.
