If the "poll on master" xml in the job/config.xml does not exist, this will loop builds into an endless check for changes, all changes are new, do build, repeat, loop. workaround is to add the filter for poll on master, and enable it to true. config.xml gets this added to it : true old behaviour of the plugin was to poll on node by default.
