Username/Password and SSH keys (plus perhaps under certain rare exotic situations TLS client certificates) are the only credential types supported by Git. When I try to add secret file or secret text credentials they are added to the global credentials but they are not listed in the git configurations thus I cannot use them. I did manage to create a user/pass credentials and it was present in the dropdown menu but the ones using secret file or text never show up, even after restart. I looked at issues JENKINS-38048 and JENKINS-40009 among others This is the format of the url I use: ssh://g...@bitbucket.org//.git no matter what I do I can't see the credentials Add Comment
