 I finally chose another path: left it for testing, to avoid having to rewrite or worse remove the existing tests. We now simply use the NODE_ENV variable to not enable that file in production mode.

 I think Mandie Smith left it in case something would go wrong between backend and sentry. I think I am going to do those things here: 
 
remove that file as I agree currently it will grow without limit and could cause issues 
file an issue in the tracker about what we want to do in case Sentry is unavailable. (in any case, for instance if we wanted to buffer things temporarily or so, I guess we'd want to move this code inside sentry.sendOutput function).

 Based on my reading of this code in the src/services/errorTelemetry/errorTelemetry.class.js, all client-sent errors will fill up a single file on disk indefinitely. I don't understand the need for this file in anything other than a testing scenario.
