Yup, I confirm 2.214 is messed up, just change browser locale to German (or I guess French) and it will be broken. Obvious error on /manage. Different cause from the one reported here, given past feedback. Chinese Localization plugin was known to have a problem here, and we got feedback indicating this was the culprit, but there's a new regression here. Workaround: Change browser locale to English, or force English via Locale Plugin.

Same issue here with v2.214 and Jenkins appearing in German. When forcing locale to English everything works. Doesn't seem to have something to do with the Chinese localization plugin.

I also encountered this problem. I deleted the.jenkins in the root directory, and restarted Jenkins temporarily solved the problem. However, all previous configurations have been removed. I think it might be a problem with the latest version of 2.151. The version I returned was 2.149
