You can download the related hpi file from http://repo.jenkins-ci.org/releases/org/jenkins-ci/plugins/windows-azure-storage/ . For your case, I think you should downgrade to version 0.3.11. Then you click Manage Jenkins->Manage Plugins->Advanced->Upload plugin. You choose the downloaded hpi file and sometimes it needs to restart jenkins after the installation. I'm 99% sure it's a proxy issue becuase i tested the same plugin version with direct internet connection and it's working correctly. I tried to setup the development environment but i'm not a Java expert so it's pretty hard for me to find and even solve this issue. I hope i can find some help here. If I read the manual correctly it's not allowed or recommended to downgrade the plugin. Thanks Best Regards e-bits
