I've tried to reproduce this issue with Jenkins v.2.138.4 and Folders plugin 6.9.
I've created a folder and a job ("folder_job") in it. I ran the job once to get a "last console" button.
On the main dashboard I can only see the "folder_job" if I enable the "Recurse in subfolders" option under Edit View => Job Filters.
The "last console" button works as expected.
In the test folder I've also created a new view, in which I enabled the "last console" column.
The "last console" button works as expected.
Since I might have missed something, can you describe in detail how your issue can be reproduced?
