clearcase plugin - base clearcase with dynamic view

Description:
using the plugin to poll scm and even though the plugin successfully runs when there are changes in the view, it never reports those changes in the change log for the build.
Environment:
windows Windows Server 2008 R2- Jenkins 1.571
and clearcase version 8.0.1.01
