You are welcome to use Perforce support as they will always be available. If it is a plugin specific issue as I'm the main developer they will likely have to ask me for assistance. I had a closer look at your forum post and the error does not look like it originates from Perforce or the plugin. Are you the correct person to contact if I'm having issues with this plugin? I work for Disney and I know that we have a support contract with perforce.
