[josm-dev] Moving 400km south with Lambert projection

2009-02-01 Thread Thorsten Feles
I switched to the Lambert projection to do some editing in Bastia,
Corsica with a French WMS in the background. While in other places I had
no problems, here every time I downloaded OSM data to JOSM they where
moved 400 km to the south. Is that a problem with my installation only
or can somebody confirm that problem ?

Thanks

Thorsten

[josm-dev] [PATCH] DistributeAction

2009-02-01 Thread Teemu Koskinen

Hi,

This is a new action to distribute selected nodes (or the nodes of exactly
one way) between the two furthest nodes of the selection. It's similiar
to(and partly based on) the Align in Line -action, but it also distributes
the nodes to equal distances of each other.

The action is useful eg. for buildings which have ledges at equal
distances, and also service roads in parking areas. Also with this action
it is possible to align a node exactly between two other nodes.

I'm not sure if the shortcut I chose (B) is the best one, it was the first
one that came to my mind that wouldn't collide with anything else.

The patch is attached, and also a image for the menu (I couldn't get it in
the patch, is it possible somehow?).

Regards, Teemu Koskinen

[josm-dev] Patches

2009-02-01 Thread Dirk Stöcker
Hello to all,

please attach patches to Trac tickets. When this does not work try a
zipped/gzipped/tar.gzipped/... version (but only when not working due to
spam warning).

It is much harder to to check whether patches are resolved or not when
they are posted to the mailinglist.

Discussions here are fine, but stuff ready for checkin should be in the
Trac.

Ciao

[josm-dev] Josm wiki macros?

2009-02-01 Thread Russ Nelson
Does this construct work correctly in the JOSM Trac system:
[[{Josmimage(download.png)}]]
In theory it goes to the JOSM svn, pulls out images/download.png, and
displays it using img src=whatever/.

I'm trying to edit the Introduction page and insert icons directly
from the source, but not having any luck.

AHA! Discovered an alternate method for specifying the path to the
image:

I'll fix the other two instances of [[Josmimage(...)]] which aren't
working.
