Hi,

Yes, this is all you need for the proposal - along with some other
information mentioned there (your experience, ...). Don't worry to much
about visual details for now ;-).

I strongly suggest that you try to work with the JOSM source a bit. You
might even find some small things to tweak, feel free to create a ticket
with the patch on track then.

Hi Michael,

Thank you so much for your suggestions.

I shall try to come up with the Mock-up by the end of this week and shall
email you the same for comments. Hopefully, the designs will be beneficial
for the proposal.

As such is the basic UI Mockup + proposed UI changes +  project timeline is
sufficient for the proposal?

your creativity.
