[Review Queue] apache-kafka

I spent some time reviewing the apache-kafka charm today.  Apache Kafka is
a message broker that can be used in some big-data solutions.

After a few iterations with the author we got the charm passing tests and I
promulgated it to the charm store!

It would really be most useful if there were some connection between the
container name and it's host machine name, to enable someone to see
what's going on at a glance.

In future, the containers should show up on the MAAS node page ("these
are all the containers on this machine"). But for now, just naming the
"devices" with this in mind would be helpful.

of the items in the review queue...

This one went very smoothly - passed all tests the first time. I was then
able to log in with the URL and credentials supplied in the readme and
click around. Approved.

MP provided for those issues, and otherwise it seems ok to promulgate

This proposal introduces a new nagios config option so the monitor can call
check_http with multiple parameters (good for checking multiple hosts from
1 apache2 service)
We proposed enhancing the current nagios config to support multiple args
instead of having 2 config options that both affect check_http.
During review, we also found failures in the hook tests.  These were not
introduced by this MP, so we opened the following bug to address them:
