So, in talking with Eric, he wanted to wait until Monday to get SSL working
at least. He's going to the wipe this weekend and we can start using it
Monday, and Eric will send out an email when it's done.

This was what you, Tim, and I agreed on in the team meeting. That's why I
signed the message with all our names.
The whole idea was to stop pussyfooting around and just do it. We're not
going to get SSL or redundancy or backups by Monday. We're not going to
use someone else's github credentials by Monday. We'll be in the exact
same position we are today.
There's nothing to get nailed down. That's the whole point of just
cutting over now. It's *ready*. It's not perfect, but perfect is the
enemy of good, and it's definitely good. Nothing says we can't improve it
later on, but it's usable now.

Easy Tiger. Let's check that it's all properly set up first.
EDIT: As I was typing this, just saw Eric's email.
Let's get everything nailed down and aim for Monday next week.

Check your email for eric's step by step directions. It's not hard.
Existing pull requests should be finished up on github, but from now on,
all new pull requests should have reviews done on reviewboard.
