For 1101 at least, it's in reviewboard (402).

I'll look into it.  I'm pretty sure the github integration struggles
with large patches (perhaps due to GH API throttling).

Since I'm on-call reviewing today and don't know how to debug the problem,
I will watch both Github and RB for updates. For branches that don't make
it to RB, I'll review on GH.
