ToolsAnalysisBuffer... assign wrong attribute values
to the new buffered features:

1. Draw 4 polygons on a new layer.
2. With SchemaView/Edit Schema add an new attribute.
3. Give the 4 polygons attribute values.
4. ToolsAnalysisBuffer...
Everything is fine... the polygons on the
buffer-layer have the same attribute values like the
primary polygons.
5. Do not remove the buffer-layer.
6. Add another 4 polygons to the first layer and give them

I can't reproduce the problem.
In step 7 you apply the buffer to the first layer right ?
So at the end, you have 3 different layers :
- first layer
- buffered layer with 4 features
- buffered layer with 8 features

Can you save the jml of these three layers ?
