They're xe-0/0/12 and xe-0/0/13.

When populated, they look like this under show chassis hardware:

FPC 0Virtual FPC
  MIC 0 Virtual
PIC 0 BUILTIN BUILTIN Virtual
  Xcvr 121310nm 740-021309 F78R45Q SFP+-10G-LR
  Xcvr 13DWDM30 740-030128 F78M0V6 SFP+-10G-ER

I have some vague recollection of stumbling over this too ;-)

[j-nsp] MX150 10G Configuration

2019-05-16 Thread Jason Iannone
All,

I'm in an MX150 for the first time today and I can't figure out how to
determine what the 10g numbering is in the OS. The front panel labels
suggest 10g ports are on a separate PIC but show chassis hardware doesn't
indicate as much. I haven't plugged SFPs in and show chassis hardware
output is limited to FPC0, MIC 0, PIC 0. No other inventory.

Eh...not to diminish your concern too much...and not to pound on my earlier
point too much either, but spanning tree, isis, ospf, bgp, etc how
often are those changing ?like I said, I used 2013 material and took
2017 test and passed.

https://www.juniper.net/uk/en/training/certification/resources/jncissp/

- Protocol-Independent Routing
- Open Shortest Path First (OSPF)
- Intermediate System to Intermediate System (IS-IS)
- Border Gateway Protocol (BGP)
- Layer 2 Bridging and VLANs
- Spanning-Tree Protocols
- Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS)
- IPv6
- Tunnels
- High Availability

Does Cisco have recertification through continuing education (attend a class
and recert!) like Juniper does ?
