You cannot tie 2 different connections/LSPs to the same interface, as CCC's are 
purely point to point Layer-2.

You are attempting to do point-to-multipoint Layer-2 ethernet, hence VPLS is 
the solution here.

Another possible way to get the desired connectivity would be to create
two VLANs to the customer (customer A) and then create 2 CCC connections,
one to customer B using VLAN 888 and another to customer C using VLAN 889 
(or whatever).

The thing to keep in mind about using VPLS is that (by default) customers B and 
C will be
able to exchange traffic directly, which may not be what everyone wants.
