[k-9-mail] Lollipop Problem
My phone (LG G2) was updated to lolipop yesterday. Since then there are display issues with K-9. Oftentimes it appears that an email has nothing in the body. But if I pinch to zoom and pinch back, the text is there. This did not happen prior to the lollipop upgrade. This is more than annoying. Is there any work on this issue? Thanks for a great program. Hope you can get this fixed soon. Steve -- -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the K-9 Mail Users List. [k-9-mail] Notification Problem
I recently went from K-9 version 4.904 alpha to 4.804 stable. I first uninstalled the alpha and installed the stable version. After doing so, whenever I receive an email, my phone vibrates. This did not happen before and I do not want it to do so. It was not doing this in the alpha version or any prior version of K-9, which I have been using for over a year. I have notifications for the account set to Notify in status bar when mail arrives checked. All other notifications, such as ringtones, LED, etc are all unchecked. If I uncheck the notification in the status bar, then it stops. But I would like the status bar notification. I have lookied for other settings that could be causing this, but cannot find one. What is causing this new vibration whenever an email arrives? And how do I stop it? I have an LG G2 Phone. Thanks. -- -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the K-9 Mail Users List. [k-9-mail] Re: Notification Problem
Well, I figured it out. The default setting was for a tone to play when an incoming email is received. (On my phone it vibrates because I have all sounds turned off.) Once I set it to silent the vibrating stopped. On Thursday, June 26, 2014 9:42:56 AM UTC-4, Steve111 wrote: I recently went from K-9 version 4.904 alpha to 4.804 stable. [k-9-mail] Updating from 4.904 alpha to 4.804 stable
I tried to update but was not able to do so. Get an error message that 4.804 was not installed. Do I need to uninstall 4.904 before installing 4.804? If so, will I be able to import the saved settings from 4.904? Thanks. Steve -- -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the K-9 Mail Users List.
