If you want to unsubscribe from the list then the easiest way is to go through
the link that is added to every posting as a footer:

https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kde.

Sure, spamming the list will also get you unsubscribed but that creates extra
work for the list admin and inflicts the spam on all other subscribers who
would actually like to use the list for KDE related user support.

Being one of those other users I would prefer you'd use the link.
Thanks.

Cheers,
Kevin

As long it produces a bit of frustration to people, that develop those things,
the target is reached ...
I am sorry but after 4 years + of using kde, I cam to the conclusion behaving
like animals is the only reasonable way one could communicate with some dev

Bare in mind that when my computer is
   Downloading thousands of emails.
Running baloo at 100 % cpu
IOing like crazy for whaterver reasons
It let me plenty of time to register new emails to the mailing list ;)

Cheers

For me that answer is just beyond the legend
It summarize the impression I have about the vision of reliability devs seem to
have
aka : Make the reliability of your software rely on third-party and if it
fails, promptly claim it is not you fault
Is my pop3 provider so mean It could change the title of email as well?
senders? Message ID?

By the way, nice try but in my case, it did not change the date ;)
