That is still the right place to post to, as it is the list that coordinates 
translation efforts.

You could check if the "ast" community as its own list or communication 
channel.

But my guess is that the subject of your message just made it slip through.

Maybe you should try something like

"What is necessary to make Asturian an officially supported language?"

[kde] Build kde-l10n-ast package

Hi everyone, I sent a message to kde-li8n-doc mail list but i think anyone
is going to reply me.

I'm Enol P. coordinator and translator of KDE into Asturian from Softastur,
and I write this mail because it seems that kde-l10n-ast is missing in
upstream which leads into linux distros or OS like Arch Linux cannot make
the said package as you can see here: https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/47804
.

I don't know if Asturian must to have a minimum translated percentage but i
could see that languages like Walloon had less percentage than Asturian and
has its kde-l10n-wa built.

Help is appreciated. Thank you.
