Emre, I'd like to keep with kmail, if at all possible. [plasmashell] [Bug 446756] Sound volume popup doesn't show percents over 100% (with Pipewire??)
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=446756 --- Comment #2 from Lyubomir --- Furthermore there are some percents which don't work, for example on 20% there is no sound, and on 25% the sound goes noticeably higher - probably somehow what's shown by Plasma as percents are not the real ones?? I'm not sure whether the percents that are not working are hard-coded, because i believe once time the 25% works and only the 20% doesn't, but other time both 20% and 25% don't work. In addition twice or thrice the change of sound level wasn't happening in reality, only Plasma printed higher or lower percents, but the sound continued to play at the same physical level. At other times (noticed this specifically at the "Audio Volume popup menu in the tray") if the sound is say at 35% and i click/lower it to say 7 percent or 15 percent or 20 percent it immediately returns to 35%. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[kwin] [Bug 424795] Unfocused windows don't get brought forward when activated externally
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=424795 --- Comment #32 from Nate Graham --- Both the sending and receiving apps need to implement activation support, or be using a toolkit that does it automatically. It's not enough for one of the apps to be using a compatible version of Qt6; the other app that sent the activation request have to be using it, too. So currently this will only reliably work between Qt6 apps, or GTK4 apps, or between GTK4 and Qt6 apps. It sucks, I know. I'm somewhat baffled baffled by the fact that this wasn't, like, built into the core Wayland protocol. But it is what it is, and at least thanks To Aleix, we have it now. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

SUMMARY Opening the Kickoff menu either results in plasmashell crashing, or it loads extremely slowly. Mostly the former. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open the Application Menu 2. Hope for it to load 3. It's either done, or it loaded after ~10s. If it's the latter, try again, and there's about a 70% chance it will crash. [kdenlive] [Bug 448716] New: Deleting clips and proxy clips when removing clip from project bin
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=448716 Bug ID: 448716 Summary: Deleting clips and proxy clips when removing clip from project bin Product: kdenlive Version: unspecified Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: wishlist Priority: NOR Component: User Interface Assignee: j...@kdenlive.org Reporter: b-m...@gmx.ch Target Milestone: --- When working with large projects, at least for my workflow it would be great to be able to delete clips from the disk (i.e. not only removing them from the project) in order to free up space. Also it would be nice to be able to "manage" proxy clips on disk: - either by being able to delete "unreferenced" proxy clips from disk (i.e. proxy clips for clips which are not part of the project anymore) - or by being able to delete proxy clips, when clips are deleted (as described above). Since proxy clip file names consist only of a (presumably) file hash, there is no easy way to remove them, when corresponding clips are deleted. Currently, I - remove unused clips from the project bin - use a file manager to compare the list of the remaining clips in the project bin to the clips in my Clip Material folder - delete unused clips in the file manager If I have to free more disk space, I additionally - remove all proxy clips - re-open the project and re-generate all proxy clips. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=448713 Bug ID: 448713 Summary: Project Bin: Focus on hidden clip (when working with keyboard) Product: kdenlive Version: unspecified Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: wishlist Priority: NOR Component: User Interface Assignee: j...@kdenlive.org Reporter: b-m...@gmx.ch Target Milestone: --- When adding clips to the timeline for the first time with a new project, I do the following: - select first clip in project bin - use keyboard only: use j,k,l-keys to play and i,o-keys for in- and outpoints and v-key to insert it into the timeline - use arrow down to select next clip in project bin Problem: the project bin doesn't follow the selected clip, i.e. it doesn't "scroll", so after a few clips the selected clip isn't shown anymore. I have to use the mouse to scroll down in the project bin, so I'm forced to switch between keyboard and mouse. Solution: scroll in project bin such that there's at least always one or two clips shown to both sides of the selected clip, i.e. up and down. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
