[frameworks-kio] [Bug 452139] File maximum Icon size too small in Icon View in kfilewidget
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=452139 --- Comment #2 from Evert Vorster --- Hi there, and thanks for the quick reply. The whole reason I got a high resolution monitor is to actually use that resolution. Photo editing and video editing works better at native resolution. The scaling feature negates the whole high resolution bit, and causes a whole host of other issues, so scaling is a non-starter. In my defense, I did try to use it, but found the trade-offs unacceptable. Just a higher maximum size would already go a long way to cure this issue. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

Install Fedora KDE or Manjaro KDE 2. Install KDE connect client on Android device 3. Pair and _attempt_ to use the ketboard input features of KDE Connect OBSERVED RESULT I am unable to put in any kind of keyboard input uusing KDE Connect on latest available KDE. This wasn'r a problem last year, and isn't a problem on desktops which _aren't_ KDE. EXPECTED RESULT Being able to use the keyboard input features of KDE Connect for compose send and raw input. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I don't understand why this is a problem with most recent KDE. On older KDE desktop installs this isn't a problem, but this is happening on both Fedora and Manjaro, so it's not an OS-specific problem from what i am seeing. Apologies for lax information, I am an absolute novice when it comes to filing bug reports here. What I will see is if it has something to do with using BTRFS as a system installation method by using Ext4 as system root. I would have zero clue how partition format has something to do with this but this has been happening specifically with using BTRFS as root as of recent. Committed on 02/04/2022 at 00:50. Pushed by tymond into branch 'master'. Fix too small hitboxes for curve widget Before this commit, it was difficult to click on a control point of the curve widget, especially with a stylus, because the hitboxes were quite small. Some time ago the control boxes were made visually bigger, but without taking care of hitboxes, so the situation just before this commit was that the user could click on the ellipse marking the control point but still create a new point instead of moving the one the user intended to click on. This commit ensures that the painting code and the logic code both use the same value, and that the hitbox for the point is circular. [kate] [Bug 439894] Implement KHamburgerMenu
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=439894 --- Comment #8 from Christoph Cullmann --- If somebody provides a merge request for just that: If one toggles the "Show menu" option we already have to "off" => add KHamburgerMenu to toolbar, that would be acceptable. This would then at least be consistent in both applications, as now the code is shared. If it makes that much sense is a different question, but if people just want to hide the menu to have a cleaner style, so be it. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[okular] [Bug 452017] Feature to rename open PDF files with F2 keyboard shortcut
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=452017 --- Comment #3 from Nate Graham --- I assume it's about renaming the file. Save As creates a copy; renaming isn't the same thing. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[kate] [Bug 439894] Implement KHamburgerMenu
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=439894 --- Comment #7 from Nate Graham --- That's exactly how it works, in fact. The exact contents of the hamburger menu are customizable. So you could just stick the existing menu structure in there. I guess that could be a way to implement it without tearing out your hair trying to come up with a curated selection of menu items, the way we do in Dolphin, Gwenview, and Okular. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

One is in progress: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/xorg/driver/xf86-input-libinput/-/merge_requests/12 We can't implement the feature without that, as it is needed to expose the setting to us. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[okular] [Bug 449717] When zooming with 2 fingers on a touchscreen, Okular also scrolls through the document, causing me to lose my place.
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=449717 andreas.naum...@kdemail.net changed: What|Removed |Added CC||andreas.naum...@kdemail.net --- Comment #3 from andreas.naum...@kdemail.net --- In you videos, you show two pages side by side. Does it help, if you disable the "continous view" and show only one page? In that configuration, okular stays at the page and zooms only. If I enable the view mode "overview", I get your behavior. In that configuration, I would rather ask, what zoom in means to the developer. Looks to me, like okular increases the view starting from the upper left corner. It would feel more natural, if okular zooms into the area next to the finger position. Do we know the mouse position, when zooming? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
