There's no drop down anymore, it just says 60 Hz is the only rate the laptop

SUMMARY

When zooming in or zooming out the animation feels too slow. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  In zoom settings set zoom focus to `Push`
2.  Zoom in and out using the shortcuts 

OBSERVED RESULT

Zoom in and out action feels sluggish in other words it feels like the actions
take too long and does not feel very responsive.

EXPECTED RESULT

Animations are nice as the actions feel smooth. However, it would be better if
only the first zoom (from 1x to 1x +) had a slower smoother animation and the
following zoom actions should have a quicker faster transition. Wich i believe
would make the interactions feel smoother and more responsive.

We have the same problem here with digiKam under Windows (Bug 460779). This
problem only occurs with the latest KF5 versions. What do you expect for a

In case user marks all tracks for deletion and attempts to undo this operation,
the application will not restore any tracks. Should further undos affect the
phantom clips (i.e. the clips that should have been restored on the removed
tracks), kdenlive will freeze.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the application.
2. Put a video into the project bin.
3. Drag a video into the V1 track.
4. Drag a video into the V2 track.
5. Move both clips along the tracks.
6. Right-click on either track.
7. Select "Delete track..." from the menu.
8. Mark all tracks for deletion.
9. Press CTRL and Z at least 3 times.

OBSERVED RESULT
Kdenlive freezes.

EXPECTED RESULT
Kdenlive restores the deleted tracks and moves both clips onto their original
position.

Jean Pierre,

This is typically a translation error which must be reported to translation
team. In digiKam source code, there is only English strings, not translations.

The i18n is just append to the bundles at end while packaging. that all.

I forward this file in kde i18n bugzilla entry.

In the Presentation tool (very nice), the toolbar described in §6.2 of the
digiKam Manual does not appear (I tried in the four corners of the screen but
nothing), whereas it appears well in the slide show (Menu View --> Slide show)

Gphoto2 is not supported under Windows. We have already a long story about this
topic.

Native WIA API from Windows must be used to deal with camera. This API can be
also used in cross compiled environment to build Windows binary.

For the moment the WIA interface in digiKam do not exists yet.

As I have been translating the digiKam User Manual into French for more than a
month, I would really like to make the tool for importing images from cameras
work, so that I can take screenshots in the current version. (7.8.0) and try
the features described. It does not work on Windows 10 or Linux Mint, and it's
unfortunate because the Manual presents the import of a camera as an advantage
of digiKam, should I remove the chapters concerning the import of camera ? (No
I don't) ,and it's the same with the scanner. I know perfectly well that you
can use other means to import photographs (from cameras and from the scanner)
into the digiKam, but I thought it was nice to be able to do it as it was
described in the Manual. Many thanks if you can find a Solution even a

Failed to connect the camera make sure it is connected properly and turned on

EXPECTED RESULT
that the tool operates as described in the manual and also for my french
translation   ;-)  !
