https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=474917 --- Comment #11 from Jack --- If build 2045 works, what else is actually needed? The main problem with creating a real fix is that we don't know exactly what the cause of the problem is. In addition, I don't think any of the developers use macOS, so any attempted fix needs to be made, and then can only be tested after the commit is included in the next successful macOS build. Unfortunately, as far as I know, the KDE builds for x86_64 are not currently functional, so unless someone steps up to help restore that process, there is not much that can be done. In Plasma 6, the ability to reorder search results by favoroting plugins was introduced. I have the order like this: applications, system settings pages, file search. However, what I am instead seeing is applications, text, system settings, documents. It seems as if there are two different portions of file search. I'm not sure what the difference between the texts section and the documents section is after all they are all documents to me, but either way. Files regardless of what the difference between them are should be shown after the system settings pages. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Order plugins to be in the result of applications, system settings, file search. 2. I must also have some files with the word controller indexed on my current machine. 3. I searched for the word "controller" in krunner. OBSERVED RESULT The order shown in search results is Applications Texts System Settings Documents EXPECTED RESULT The order should be Applications System Settings Texts Documents or Preferably Texts and Documents Should be Consolidated since I can't tell the difference between them anyways. At first I though that texts was a content search and documents was a name search, but none of the documents contain the word "controller" in the name while only one of the files in the texts section contains the word "controller" in the name. This widget was attached to the panel without the ability to drag it to a free area. And when trying to pull it out, sometimes it simply “disappeared” with no way to get it from anywhere. In the editing panel, I did not find a way to delete all widgets of this type. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Create widget 2. Drag&Drop it to secondary monitor 3. Widget stuck on secondary panel 4. After dragging it back to secondary monitor, widget seems like to disappear OBSERVED RESULT Widgets cannot be deleted or dragged back EXPECTED RESULT Will let me drag it to secondary monitor without bugs SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: 6.0.4 KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.2.0 Qt Version: 6.7.0 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. opening a tray icon while Firefox window preview is showing up 2. moving the cursor around the panel while a tool-tip is showing up and opening any other tray icon/app icon 3. glancing over app icons while a tray icon tool-tip is still showing up OBSERVED RESULT Any time a tool-tip or a window preview is active, the desktop freezes (Apps still function normally and alt-tabbing is still possible) while this happens, any time the cursor glances over the bottom panel or the desktop the cursor's icon never changes and i can't click on anything, neither desktop shortcuts, nor panel icons. Restarting the PC or killing plasmashell in the system monitor solves the problem. EXPECTED RESULT Normal functionality of the desktop without any kind of freezing.
