I was able to "fix" (by fix I mean continue to update my system so it remains
usable) this issue by running the following command (I don't recommend using
this unless its a last resort option, because who knows what overwriting files
from one package could do):

sudo apt --fix-broken install -f -o Dpkg::Options::="--force-overwrite"

Now I'm able to at least complete a system update with:

sudo pkcon update -y

Display and Monitor systemsettings crash

SUMMARY
When trying to open various submenus in systemsettings, many menus will cause
the systemsettings application to crash with a segfault.

Attached is a crash report from opening the Display and Monitor menu.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open systemsettings
2. Select a submenu that causes it to crash (see list in ADDITIONAL
INFORMATION)

OBSERVED RESULT
Systemsettings will immediately crash with a segfault.

EXPECTED RESULT
The submenu should open as expected.

its parent item and thus segfaulting.

1. Open the system monitor
2. Open a Process list view
3. Set the Process list to tree mode

OBSERVED RESULT
It crashes in random intervals when a parent process exits before all child
processes exit.

EXPECTED RESULT
The program handles this properly and uses the next available parent as its
parent.
