Same here. With Kubuntu 16.04 + backports and fresh Neon on 2 Machines.
It happens only with the bar at the top and Cube.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice writer, write text or take existing file
2. choose file->send email as pdf 
3. click OK in pdf-export

Actual Results:  
kmail says
file:/home/username/test/lu8801ra5sbl.tmp/lu8801ra5sbn.tmp/noname.pdf doesn't
exist

Directorys and file are existing and readable.

bash:

Is file:file ok ? 

Expected Results:  
import existing temp file to kmail as attachment
