STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Dolphin
2. choose some directory
3. close dolphin
4. open dolphin

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin should open with my previous tabs

EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin opens at Home, the default directory, despite set to reopen  previous
saved state

My KDE Connect version:
kdeconnect-cli 21.04.3

It's not a network issue because it works fine on kubuntu on the machine sat
next to my desktop, which is on the same ethernet.
